ORIENTAL BEEF PEPPER 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 green peppers (med. size), cut
3/4 c. celery, cut
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. soy sauce

Brown meat (2 inch pieces) in oil, which have been rolled in flour, salt and pepper. Add onion. Add water to cover. After cooking 10 minutes, add other ingredients. Cook until tender.

Serves 6 to 8.
