1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. light oil
1 can mandarin oranges

TOPPING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Small can crushed pineapple with juice

Beat cake ingredients all together. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING: Beat all together. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate.
