1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Regular size can Mandarin oranges, with juice

TOPPING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges with mixer well. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix topping ingredients together well. Frost cake. Refrigerate. Will keep well in refrigerator for days.
