LEMON SQUARES 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice

Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Mix eggs, sugar and juice and pour on top of baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes until custard is set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm and cut in squares.
