LEMON SQUARE 
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. confectionery sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Press into bottom of 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon juice plus grated rind of 1 lemon or add 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix well. Pour over hot crust and bake at 350 degrees for another 20 minutes. Cool, dust with powdered sugar (sift onto top). Cut into squares and triangles.
