CARAMEL BREAKFAST RING
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits

In 6 cup plastic ring mold or 1 quart glass dish, add brown sugar, butter, water; heat 1 minute. Blend ingredients and stir in nuts. Separate biscuits; arrange in overlapping ring (or for a crowd, cut each biscuit in quarters). Spoon caramel mixture over biscuits (or stir to coat and push to sides, placing a small glass in the center). Microwave (high) 2 to 3 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking. Rest 2 to 3 minutes. Biscuits should be firm and no longer doughy, but not tough! Remove center dish; invert on serving plate. Serve warm by pulling sections apart. Serves 4 to 6. Maxi Time: Medium (50%) 4 to 6 minutes.

I prefer medium (50%) if you have it.

One of the easiest, most beautiful dishes you can made in the microwave. Let your children make it and serve you "breakfast in bed!" Keep ingredients on hand for late night snacks!

Add chopped maraschino cherries with pecans for variety.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
