CARAMEL BREAKFAST RING (MONKEY
BREAD)
 
Make use of your microwave with this tasty treat.

1 can refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury)

CARAMEL:

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. water

In a round glass cake pan combine caramel ingredients. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir with a fork.

Cut each refrigerated biscuit into quarters. Add biscuits to caramel mixture and coat them with it.

Put a custard cup (or microwavable bowl) in the middle of the pan and arrange the biscuits around it. Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds, rotate the pan, and microwave again for the same amount of time.

Let cool for 2 minutes. Remove custard cup and flip the pan over onto a plate quickly.

Eat and Enjoy!

Note: The caramel mixture tastes great on vanilla ice cream :)
