HEAVENLY BARS 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. corn syrup
2 3/4 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
8 tbsp. milk
1 large pkg. chocolate chips

Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, and 2 c. peanut butter over heat and melt together. Add Rice Krispies and 1/2 of pudding. Put in jelly roll pan. Beat together butter, powdered sugar, milk and remaining pudding. Spread over first layer and chill. Melt together remaining peanut butter and chocolate chips. Frost. Chill.
