LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
40 soda crackers, crushed
1 c. angel flake coconut

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
Juice and rind of 4 lemons
4 tbsp. water

Mix together crust ingredients as for pie crust. Save 2 cups of crust for the top and add the rest in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix filling and cook until thick. Cool slightly and put on top of crust. Sprinkle the 2 cups on top of filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut in bars.
