LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

In medium bowl combine flour and powdered sugar. Using a pastry blender (or 2 knives) cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Put evenly over the bottom of an ungreased 8 x 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
