PORK CHOPS & RICE CASSEROLE 
2-4 butterfly pork chops
1 pkg. Lipton instant onion & mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
3 cans water

Can use 1 can celery soup and 2 cans water instead of mushroom soup.

Chicken breasts may be used for pork chops.

Spray dish or pan with Pam. Pour rice in bottom of dish. Place seasoned pork chops on rice. Empty 1 envelope of instant soup over meat. Mix together soup and water. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil last 15 minutes of cooking.
