CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. crushed Oreos
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
4 oz. bar sweet cooking chocolate, melted & cooled
3 eggs
2 tbsp. half and half
2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine crust ingredients. Press into bottom and 2" up sides of ungreased 9" springform pan.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and chocolate. Beat at high speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in half and half and vanilla, pour into crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 300 degrees and bake 55 to 65 minutes more, or until filling is set. Cool 10 minutes before loosening from pan.

Combine topping and spread over slightly cooled cake. May garnish with chocolate chips or chocolate shavings. 1/16 slice is 420 calories.
