FAMILY DINNER FOR FOUR 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. lean ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 1/4 tsp. salt
4 med. potatoes
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oil in skillet; add meat and onions and cook, stirring over medium heat until meat is browned. Stir in salt and pepper. Peel potatoes and slice; place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour meat and onions over potatoes. Mix tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate about 1 3/4 hours before serving time. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake in covered casserole dish for 1 1/2 hours.
