FAMILY DINNER 
1 lb. lean ground chuck
Chopped onions (according to taste)
Salt and pepper (according to taste)
4 med. sized potatoes
1 lg. can solid pack tomatoes
1/2 - 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat and onions, add salt and pepper. Peel potatoes and slice them into a 2 quart casserole. Place meat and onions on top of potatoes. Add Worcestershire sauce to the tomatoes - do not drain. Pour this over all. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Place in oven at 350 degrees covered for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
