3 stalks fresh broccoli, sliced
1 box cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can pitted ripe olives, whole
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Wishbone Italian dressing

Layer vegetables in bowl. Sprinkle dressing mix over vegetables. Pour bottled dressing over top. Refrigerate overnight. Toss or stir several times before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
