FESTIVAL PEACH SALAD 
1/3 c. creamed cottage cheese, sm. curd
1 tbsp. toasted slivered blanched almonds
1 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries, drained
2 fresh or canned peach halves
1 tbsp. flaked coconut
Crisp greens (lettuce, etc.)

Mix cottage cheese, almonds and cherries. Fill centers of peach halves with cottage cheese mixture, sprinkle with coconut. Arrange on crisp greens.

Dip peach halves into lemon juice to prevent darkening. Serves 2.
