CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 whole chicken
1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
5 potatoes
1 onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 (10 pkg.) can biscuits or 1 pie crust top

Cook chicken. Save broth. Boil potatoes and onion together. Boil frozen vegetables. Tear chicken apart and put in casserole dish. Add all vegetables. Mix with mushroom soup and 1 can chicken broth. Heat until hot at 350 degrees. Put biscuits or pie crust across top and heat until browned or 400 degrees.
