CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury fold out pie crust
1 pkg. deboned and skinned chicken breast
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, string beans)
1 can Campbell's cream of potato soup

Cream of mushroom or cream of celery may be used also.

Fold out and bake bottom half of pie crust until almost baked. Boil chicken breast in seasoned water. Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces and place on pie crust. Put frozen vegetables on top of chicken. Pour soup on top of vegetables. Fold out top half of pie crust and pinch pie closed. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until pie crust is slightly browned.
