NEXT BEST THING TO ROBERT REDFORD PIE | |
CRUST: 1 c. flour 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. crushed nuts (pecans or walnuts) LAYER 1: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 family size Cool Whip (use 1/2 of container) LAYER 2: 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding 1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk 1 Hershey chocolate bar, grated CRUST: Mix together and press into a 9x13 inch pan, the flour, butter and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 18 minutes and cool. 1ST LAYER: Mix together well with mixer; cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread on crust layer. 2nd LAYER: Mix well pudding and milk and spread on top of 1st layer. Spread remaining 1/2 of Cool Whip over top of second layer. Grate a "cold" Hershey chocolate bar and sprinkle over top of pie. |
