1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1 c. pecans, finely chopped 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping 1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding 3 c. cold milk Chocolate bar, grated Mix flour, butter and pecans until crumble-like. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 carton of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. For next layer, mix pudding mixes with milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover with remainder of whipped topping and top with grated chocolate bar. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 16. |
