1 whole chicken
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
Seasoning (salt, pepper, seasoning salt)

Cut whole chicken up in pieces. Beat eggs well. Season chicken well after dipping in egg. Cover the chicken with the flour. Fry chicken in a large iron skillet. Make sure the oil is hot.
