SOUTHERN SPICY CHICKEN 
Approx. 3 lbs. chicken
Hot sauce
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning mix
Cooking oil

Clean and prepare chicken for frying. Sprinkle salt and pepper and seasonings on chicken in large bowl. Prepare frying pan with cooking oil and start heating for quick fry. Pour hot sauce onto chicken and pour 1/4 cup of flour over and mix with fingers thoroughly. Sprinkle more flour and repeat 3 times adding more hot sauce if needed. Fry chicken in hot ready fryer with chicken dough wet but not soaking. Brown and serve.
