KUCHEN 
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter

Scald milk. Add butter, sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Beat in the eggs, then beat in the flour. Cover and put in a warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Turn out on a floured board and roll to fit a very large greased cookie sheet, or 3 (9") cake pans. Pinch the edges to form sides. Put in a warm place again for 45 minutes to an hour.

TOPPING: Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture is crumb-like. Sprinkle on top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
