VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can English peas
1 (16 oz.) can corn (whole)
1 can (16 oz.) French cut green beans
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can celery soup
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (crushed)

Drain peas, corn and beans. Mix these with sour cream, celery soup, celery, grated cheese, onion and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish or pan. Cut 1 stick of butter on to top. Spread crushed Ritz crackers on top of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
