VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
Chopped 1 small onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 c. grated cheese

Combine vegetables, sour cream, cittage cheese, and seasonings, mix well. Spoon into greased quart casserole. Top with tomato slices, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degree oven 20 minutes.
