BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. Blue Bonnet butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) box brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. corn flakes
4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Blend butter and sugars. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix in oatmeal and corn flakes. Stir together flour, soda and baking powder; add to above mixture.

Add one or two of the following:

1 c. raisins
1 c. peanuts
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
12 oz. chocolate chips

Mix well. Drop by "big" tablespoons or ice cream scoop on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. They taste better as a "big" cookie. Yield: 5 dozen.
