NEVER FAIL MERINGUE 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. cold water

Cook the above until clear, then cool completely. 1 tbsp. vanilla 6 tbsp. sugar Pinch of salt

Beat until foamy, gradually add sugar, salt and vanilla. Add cornstarch and beat on high speed. Bake 350 degrees until golden.
