CRUST: 2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. butter, melted 3/4 c. pecans, chopped FILLING: 1/4 c. Sugar Twin 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip 4 or 5 bananas 2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding with Nutra Sweet Mix flour, butter and pecans together. Press into bottom of 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, let cool. Mix together Sugar Twin, cream cheese and Cool Whip; spread over crust. Slice bananas over filling. Make pudding as directed. Spread over bananas. Cover pudding with remaining Cool Whip. Top with pecans. Refrigerate. |
