YUM YUM CAKE 
White cake mix baked as directed on box

1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (cooking type)
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool whip
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Cook pudding and milk; cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and pudding. Fold in drained pineapple. Frost the cake; add coconut or nuts, if desired.
