1 (29 oz.) can yams, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. Dole pineapple sauce (smooth or chunky)
Mini marshmallows (opt.)

Mix sugar, butter and pineapple sauce and pour over yams to coat. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly and potatoes are heated through; 25 to 30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with marshmallows last few minutes of baking time or brown under broiler for 1 minute (watch closely). This dish can also be done in the microwave.
