CRANBERRY GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
8 med. sweet potatoes, cooked
4 tbsp. orange juice
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. light corn syrup

Arrange cooked sweet potatoes in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and grated orange and lemon rinds to cranberry sauce, and spoon mixture over potatoes. Mix corn syrup and melted butter and pour over potatoes. Bake 325 degrees for 35 minutes, basting occasionally with syrup from bottom of pan.
