“CRANBERRY-BANANA TARTS” IS IN:

CRANBERRY-BANANA TARTS 
Simple as A-B-C, and simply delicious!

prepared tart or pie shells
bananas, sliced

Fill individual tart or pie shells with sliced bananas. Pour over them this cranberry glaze:

CRANBERRY GLAZE:

1/2 (14 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water

Press jellied cranberry sauce through a fine sieve, or crush with a fork. Add sugar and mix with water. Bring to a boil and cook rapidly 5 minutes, or until thickened. Cool slightly.

Pour over the fruit and continue cooling.

Makes enough glaze for 8 to 10 tarts.
