CRANBERRY GLAZE 
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce

In small saucepan, stir together all ingredients. Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened. Best when used as a marinade for pork roast.
