CRANBERRY - APPLE SWEET POTATOES 
5-6 med. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces or
2 (18 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, cut and drained
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

If using fresh potatoes, cut and drain; set aside. Spread pie filling in a 8x8x2 inch pan. Arrange cut potatoes on top. In a small bowl mix cranberry sauce and preserves and marmalade. Spoon over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 8.
