Great dish, only thing I did was at the end of making the sauce I added grated white cheddar to it, it gave it that extra punch of flavor.

This is very good. I didn't have mushrooms so I made it without and it was still very good and with mushrooms it would be over the top.

Loved this recipe, although we aren't bug mushroom fans in my house so I made a few changes. For the veggies, I added red onion, red bell pepper and baby asparagus. It was FANTASTIC! This recipe is very versatile, the lemon really complimented the asparagus, but I feel like you could use whatever veggies you wanted to and it would turn out fantastic!

This was really yummy! I made it tonight for dinner. Simple ingredients and easy prep. I added some salt and pepper to the sauce and it was great! My entire family enjoyed it. We served it with noodles, and I saved the leftover sauce to eat with rice tomorrow for lunch.

I really didn't care for this recipe at all. It is bland and didn't 'wow' anyone in my family. I made it for my father, who is a real meat and potatoes kind of guy. It didn't taste terrible, but it really didn't have a lot of taste either. We had to salt and pepper it to death in order to finish our plate.
