JAMBALAYA (RED BEANS AND RICE) | |
1 c. rice 1 lb. spicy sausage 16 oz. can of chili beans Brown or grill sausage. Cook rice as directed. Heat the chili beans. Spread the rice on a large plate. Spoon the beans onto the center of the rice in a mounted. Cut the sausage in pieces and place on beans. |
