CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1 1/4 c. Nabisco graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, chilled

For crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Using back of large spoon, press crumb mixture firmly on bottom and side of baking dish.

For filling: In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill about 30 minutes in freezer. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
