OKRA ITALIAN STYLE 
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. okra, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. oregano

Heat oil and add bell pepper and onion, saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add okra and saute 2 to 3 more minutes. Add garlic, tomatoes, vinegar, salt, lemon pepper and oregano. Cook until okra is tender.
