BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. sea scallops, cut in half if large
3/4 c. skim milk
3/4 c. sherry wine, don't worry if it curdles
Pepper to taste

Marinate scallops in milk and wine at least 1/2 hour. Crush 1 bag thin potato chips fine, roll scallops in crushed chips. Lay flat on greased baking dish. Let stand 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
