BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP STURBRIDGE 
12 jumbo shrimp, butterflied
2 oz. chablis wine
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. scallops, chopped
2 c. cracker meal
2 tbsp. potato chips, crushed
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Stuff butterflied shrimp with mixture. Place in a pan with a little water (this prevents the shrimp from drying). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
