BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp (approx. 15)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can claw crabmeat
2 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted

Split shrimp down the back and spread apart, buttermilk fashion. Remove any shell particles from crabmeat and flake with fork.

Combine flaked crabmeat, bread cubes, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Saute crabmeat mixture. Stuff shrimp firmly with crabmeat mixture.

Line a large baking dish with aluminum foil and place shrimp in it. Pour remaining butter over shrimp and crabmeat. Bake in a 400 degree oven about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 3-4.
