SHRIMP RICE BAKE 
Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. green pepper or mushrooms
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flour
3/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon & water
3/4 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled
2 1/2 c. rice, cooked

May be frozen before baking. Saute onion, chopped green pepper and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and salt. Blend flour broth and shrimp. Cover over medium heat 10 minutes or until mixture thickens. Pour in casserole dish, blend in rice. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, covered. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese last 5 minutes.
