4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, divided
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt

I love this traditional recipe! It's even better with cornflake crumbs mixed with a bit of melted butter and sprinkled on top. Very tasty!

Loved it. I boiled the pasta is chicken stock for added flavour and used low fat cheeses. Add veggies for side dish and you have a good meal. Thank you.

I love this as well as my husband and 3 and 6 yr old. I had to double the recipe because even though we're small peoples kids eat like adults haha. We barely had enough for one more serving and we each only had one bowl. Super yummy and easy! Thank you for sharing! I also wrote this recipe in my own recipe book to make again!
