HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 center cut pork chops
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil or shortening
1 med. onion quartered
1 med. sweet pepper, cut in 1 inch strips
4 or 5 slices pineapple, quartered
1/2 c. ketchup
Syrup from can of sliced pineapple
4 tbsp. wine vinegar

Clean and trim excess fat from pork chops. Salt and pepper the chops. Then brown lightly in vegetable oil or shortening. Add pineapple, syrup, onion, ketchup, wine vinegar and sweet pepper strips. Simmer for 35 minutes or until done.
