HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 med. thick pork chops, or thin ones
6 slices pineapple
6 slices onion
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
6 tbsp. brown sugar

Place pineapple slices in a baking dish with pork chops covering them. Place 1 onion slice on each pork chop and 2 teaspoons barbecue sauce on each onion slice. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon brown sugar over each pork chop. Bake covered in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve on a bed of rice.
