HAWAIIAN CHICKEN - HAM - PORK
CHOPS
 
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine above ingredients and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Place 4 chicken breasts or pork chops or ham (recipe works great for all) in shallow pan. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
