TUNA TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. fine noodles
1 pkg. (20 oz.) tomato-vegetable soup mix
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (7 oz.) can tuna (drained & flaked)

Combine soup mix and boiling water, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Stir sour cream and chili powder into soup. Cook and drain noodles. Place 1/2 of noodles in the bottom of a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with 1/2 of tuna; spoon 1/2 of soup mixture over all. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
