YAM BAKE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal, instant cinnamon and spice
1 lg. can yams
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
mini marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Pour milk over oatmeal and let sit. Mix all other ingredients together, mashing potatoes. Blend with oatmeal mixture. Pour into slightly greased baking dish.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and chopped pecans.

Bake until marshmallows melt.
