Sweet potatoes
Oranges, cut in half and juice removed

Bake sweet potatoes. Allow to cool. Remove cooked insides. Put in bowl and mash with orange juice being the liquid used to mash. Put mashed mixture in orange halves and serve this way. Can be refrigerated and reheated.
