SWEET POTATOES IN ORANGE SHELLS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
2 (1 lb.) cans sweet potatoes or yams, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange juice

In a skillet, dissolve gelatin, brown sugar and salt in boiling water. Add butter and orange juice and bring to boiling; stirring constantly. Add whipped sweet potatoes; simmer about 10 minutes, or until potatoes are glazed. Put into orange shells. Serves 8.
